How UGPIA handles information related to website visits and email inquiries.

General provisions
UGPIA processes and protects personal information under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. This policy applies to the UGPIA promotional website and email inquiries. Changes to our practices will be posted here with their effective date.
Information collected and purposes
The website has no account registration or payment feature. Through the platform consultation form or an email inquiry, we may collect company, name, department and title, email address, phone number, preferred deployment method, analysis interests, and the message to review and answer the inquiry and discuss follow-up. Phone number, department and title, and analysis interests are optional. Site access records such as visit time, IP address, and browser information may be generated for security and troubleshooting. Please do not include a national identification number or sensitive information in an inquiry.
Cookies and external services
The current website code has no analytics cookies or behavioral tracking scripts. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some pages load Google Fonts, causing your browser to connect directly to Google's servers and potentially send connection data such as your IP address. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
Use for other purposes and disclosure
UGPIA uses personal information within the purposes described above and does not use it for other purposes or disclose it to third parties. Exceptions may apply with your separate consent or where permitted by law.
Access, correction, deletion, and suspension
You or your legal representative may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of personal information, and may withdraw consent. Please email the privacy officer below. UGPIA will verify identity as needed, respond under applicable law, and explain the result. Some requests may be limited by law.
Retention period
Email inquiries are deleted without delay once the response and follow-up discussion end and their purpose is fulfilled. Site access records are retained for up to three months from creation for security and troubleshooting. Information that must be kept longer under law is stored separately for the legally required period and then destroyed.
Deletion
Personal information is destroyed without delay when its purpose is fulfilled or its retention period ends. Electronic files are deleted in a way that makes recovery difficult; any paper records are shredded.
Processors and safeguards
If UGPIA entrusts hosting, email, or other processing to an outside provider, it will disclose the actual provider and work in this policy and oversee the provider as required by law. UGPIA applies safeguards such as access restrictions and account protection.
